Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase or using our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact us before completing your purchase.

1.  About Us

Vintage Collective is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, offering curated secondhand and vintage clothing, accessories, and goods. Our website is hosted on Shopify and all transactions are processed through Shopify and RazorPay’s secure platform.

2.  Product Descriptions & Condition

All items are vintage or pre-owned and sold in the condition described. We do our best to accurately represent each item through photographs and written descriptions, including any known flaws, wear, or imperfections.

Vintage items may show signs of age including minor fading, wear, or small imperfections consistent with their era, this is part of their character.

Measurements are provided where possible. Please refer to these rather than relying on labeled sizes, as vintage sizing differs from modern standards.

Colours may appear slightly different on-screen depending on your device's display settings.

We do our best to guarantee brand authenticity.

Condition Guide: 

Our listings use

Brand New – This item is in brand new condition and comes with tags.

Excellent – This item is in excellent pre-owned condition, showing little sign of wear.

Very Good - This item is in very good pre-owned condition, showing little sign of wear. 

Good - This item is in good pre-owned condition, with some small defects due to wear.

Fair - This item is in fair pre-owned condition, with more obvious signs of wear.

Used - This item is in used pre-owned condition, with significant signs of use.

3.  Purchasing & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate.

We accept all major card brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. 

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable tax where required.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is found to be unavailable, mislisted, or incorrectly priced. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4.  Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are 7 business days within Bangalore pincodes. 

We have a flat 250/- INR shipping charge. 

A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch where available.

5.  Returns & Refunds

Because all items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to read listings carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

All items are non-returnable final sale items.

6.  Intellectual Property

All content on this website including photographs, copy, branding, and design is owned by Vintage Collective or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written consent.

7.  Privacy

We collect personal information (including name, address, phone and email) solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s data practices.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers, payment processors).

8.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it.

Vintage items are not tested to meet modern safety standards and are sold as collectibles or fashion items only. They are not intended for use by children unless stated otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal channels.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or placing of an order after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
